THINGS TO KNOW IN PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Please wait in your car until you receive a text from us indicating that it is your turn to enter the clinic. If you do not have a cell phone, your therapist will come out and wave to you on the deck indicating that it is your turn to enter the clinic. This allows us to be fully prepared and present for you and your time with us.
- If you arrive at a time when our receptionist is not in the office, our clinic door will be locked and your therapist will invite you in at your appointment time.
- Masks are now optional and a personal choice. We ask that you be respectful of everyone’s choices. Our staff will mask in treatment rooms as per client requests.
- If you have any cold or flu symptoms, or you test positive for Covid-19 you will need to re-book your appointment with us for a time when you are feeling healthy. The health of the clinic as a whole, staff and clients, is of utmost importance to all of us.
- Your therapist, as always, will address any concerns you may have before treatment begins and devise a treatment plan to suit your needs.
- Our receptionist is always happy to hear from you and help you find a suitable time for your treatment. It is always best to call her to book, reschedule or cancel appointments. We love offering that personal touch.
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
